While observing John with his clients I noticed how knowledgeable and passionate he is in what he sells. He knows the ins and outs of every vacuum and the parts that accompany it. He has in stock not only the latest vacuums, but also hoses, filters, carpet cleaners, bags and air fresheners.

When John was approached by a client that only vacuums her carpet and sweeps her hardwood floors, I was astonished to hear that most people are not aware that vacuuming hardwood floors is a must, as brooms and mops just smear the dirt and recirculate allergens. A well-designed vacuum will provide clean air and remove the abrasive dirt particles which could ultimately wear down your floor. I was also surprised to learn that even though the store is located in West Vancouver it offers the lowest prices in Canada.
 

This tells me that the level of consumer education about vacuum power and effectiveness is generally quite low. Choosing the right vacuum depends on the individual and the type of home they have. Generally a quality vacuum will cost more at the start, but the cost per year will be less. It will last longer, and will perform better in the long run. It will also certainly be more beneficial to your health and your floors.
