Free shipping on all orders more than $199 before tax!

Online Purchasing: Payments are processed on our website using Stripe.

 

Shipping: All purchased products are shipped via Canada Post, unless specified otherwise. Tracking information is also available for all purchases made. Orders can also be chosen to be picked up in-store.

Price match policy: If you are in the process of buying a new vacuum, and you find a lower price on the same product from a store in BC, we will match their price, as long as they are not violating MAP price policies set by the manufacturer, etc. Product must be the same brand and model.

 

Returns: If the vacuum is in unused condition, including the box and all the contents the vacuum comes with, we will refund the purchased price of the vacuum if the vacuum is returned within 1 week of being received. If it is returned within 2 weeks of being received, following the above conditions, we will provide an in-store credit for the purchased price of the vacuum.
Air purifier returns are only accepted within the first 24hrs of delivery and the unit must be in unused condition (updated Aug 13th, 2021 @ 11:35am).
Note: Return times are determined from the day you receive the product, to the day you ship the product back to us.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be used for credit. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our store.

We highly recommend the customer acquires tracking and insurance for return shipments, as we are not responsible for products that are returned damaged. Products that are returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
The condition of the products returned are at our discretion, and we will notify the customer if the product returned is un-eligible for a refund or credit.
If the product returned is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the return right away. Note: refunds may take a number of days to show up in your bank statement. 
Same day delivery: We offer free same day delivery for North Shore residents that make purchases over $199 + tax before 3pm, Monday - Saturday. Before a delivery can be made, we must get in contact with the customer before 4pm on the same day of purchase. If contact cannot be made, we will call the next day to attempt the delivery. 

We also offer same day delivery to North Shore Resdients for orders under $199.

Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday, or, if orders are placed on a holiday, they will be delivered the next business day.
 
If there is an unfortunate error on our website, and a product purchased is out of stock, we will happily issue a refund for the product, or if the customer prefers, we can mark the order as a "back-order" and ship it to the customer when it arrives in stock.

Vacuum Repair: Please note, that some vacuums are more serviceable than others. However, the vast majority of the vacuums we sell are almost fully serviceable.
