If you have mostly hardfloors and want a fantastic clean, then the Miele Guard M1 may just be the right vacuum for you.
West Van Vacuum's recommendations:

If you have some wall to wall carpet and / or many rugs, then we recommend one of the following: adding on the STB 305 TurboBrush OR taking a look at the Guard S1 Electro, Guard L1 Nordic Blue, or Guard L1 Electro.

If you have delicate hardfloors, then we recommend adding on the SBB 300-3 Floor Brush.
 
NOTE: You do not need to purchase additional accessories at the same time of vacuum purchase, you can always add these on later in the future if you choose to.​​
NOTE: This Miele is not compatible with electric powerheads.
